PHASE 2 – OFFICE ROOF
20,000 sqft office area – full tear off 3” EPDM- full deck replacement- install double layer 2.2” ISO mech attached, installed 060 white TPO rhino bond attached for a 20 year NDL warranty.
PHASE 3 – MAIN ROOF
Removed rock on 110,000 SqFt main roof, installed HD cover board mech fastened, installed 060 white TPO mech fastened for a 20 year warranty
